Financial Reporting and Reconciliation Accountant

2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Analysis, or Reconciliation roles, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Strong working knowledge of:, balance sheet and P&L mechanics, monthly reconciliation processes, variance analysis, journal entry preparation, Prior experience in a high‑volume or global environment (fintech, retail, insurance) preferred, Experience with Workday strongly preferred; knowledge of Epic, AMS360, Applied TAM considered a plus, High proficiency in Excel, Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation standards, Ability to operate independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting, Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem solving, Professional demeanor with a hands‑on, proactive approach, Enjoys structured processes, ownership, and continuous improvement
