Zakres obowiązków Perform accurate and timely monthly balance sheet reconciliations across multiple divisions and platforms Ensure each reconciliation has complete supporting documentation, including subledger‑to‑GL agreement Investigate and resolve significant outstanding items, ensuring issues are cleared in the following reporting period Support monthly financial close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Analyze revenue and expense variances, providing explanations for notable month‑to‑month changes Validate subledger data against the corporate general ledger and investigate discrepancies Maintain high‑quality reconciliation schedules, templates, and documentation Collaborate closely with Senior Accountants and platform accounting teams to gather evidence and resolve open items Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing detailed reconciliation files and explanations Contribute to ongoing improvements in reconciliation processes, internal controls, and standardization initiatives Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with sensitive financial information Wymagania 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Analysis, or Reconciliation roles Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong working knowledge of: balance sheet and P&L mechanics monthly reconciliation processes variance analysis journal entry preparation Prior experience in a high‑volume or global environment (fintech, retail, insurance) preferred Experience with Workday strongly preferred; knowledge of Epic, AMS360, Applied TAM considered a plus High proficiency in Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation standards Ability to operate independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem solving Professional demeanor with a hands‑on, proactive approach Enjoys structured processes, ownership, and continuous improvement Oferujemy Annual bonus linked to company and individual performance Life insurance Private medical insurance with comprehensive coverage Unique opportunity to be one of the first employees in a new, large SSC in Gdańsk and directly shape Accounting processes and ways of working Hybrid work model with 4 days per week from the modern Gdańsk office, ensuring close collaboration with your team and stakeholders
