As a Finance Controller, you’ll support financial reporting, analysis, audit, and compliance.You’ll collaborate with finance teams, business partners, and supporting functions to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and connect financial results to business performance.Your accountabilities:Assist with monthly and quarterly closings, reconciliations, and reporting packagesEnsure compliance with IFRS and local GAAPAnalyze financial performance (e.g., GPM, EBITDA)Support statutory audits and group auditAligning accounting processes with global standardsDrive improvements in financial routinesSupport cross-functional collaboration and communicationWhat do you need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field5+ years of relevant experienceFluency in EnglishExperience in international settings, effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders, including senior-level counterpartsProficiency in Excel; experience with accounting/consolidation software is a plusStrong analytical and communication skillsProactive mindset and eagerness to learnOur offerAt Embla Medical, we believe in creating a supportive and inspiring work environment.
