Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting techniques.
  • Ability to optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). This is a must-have requirement.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ad creative best practices (copywriting and visual alignment).
  • Preference for candidates with experience running campaigns for education, particularly U.S. colleges or universities.
  • Knowledge of compliance considerations in advertising for higher education is an asset.

Job description:

 

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting on Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns focused on generating leads (conversions). This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, advanced campaign optimization skills, and the ability to align ad strategies with enrollment goals.

Our campaigns direct traffic from Meta to custom landing pages—we do not prioritize Meta lead forms.

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads for higher-education clients.
  • Build and optimize campaigns for performance, including targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
  • Direct ad traffic to external landing pages and collaborate with our design/dev team to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance daily, adjusting budgets, audiences, and placements to achieve lead volume and CPL (Cost per Lead) targets.
  • Develop A/B tests for creative, copy, audience segments, and funnel strategies.
  • Track conversions accurately using pixels, custom events, and offline conversion integrations.
  • Produce regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current with Meta’s ad platform updates, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on messaging alignment and funnel optimization.
