This role involves acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and a strong analytical mindset to tackle complex end-to-end solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a bridge between business needs and developers.Participate in building and rebuilding the DATA Platform.Work with data products to design advanced solutions around data and analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders across client to understand expected outcomes.Manage delivery dependencies toward other teams and organizational units.Contribute to an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional team.Maintain a solution-oriented approach to analytical tasks.Quickly adapt to new technologies and ask insightful questions.Communicate fluently with business users.Possess banking knowledge and experience as an asset.Key RequirementsSolid background in solution design with a minimum of 7+ relevant years of experience.Knowledge of SQL is a must.Experience working with complex requirements.Expertise in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality.Familiarity with Hive.Strong communication skills.Ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data.Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms is not required.Nice to HavePython coding skills are a nice to have.Experience with Spark is also desired.Experience reading code and working with data analysis.
