Expert C++ Developer

Develop and maintain backend servers (C++) used for real-time trading applications within a Windows environment
Enhance system performance and reliability across all phases of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement tailored solutions for client needs
Support quality assurance teams by troubleshooting and resolving issues during development and testing
Work independently and as part of a team, owning issues and driving resolution
Recognize and prioritize critical production and client-facing issues to ensure seamless operation
Contribute to continuous improvement of the platform, adopting best practices and innovative approaches

At least 8 years of experience in C++ programming within a professional setting
Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, multithreaded programming, and design patterns
Good understanding of databases and SQL
Experience with version control systems such as GIT
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across teams and levels of the organization
Ability to work independently, own issues, and deliver solutions effectively
