Experienced Project Manager (Producer)

This job can be remote or onsite/hybrid in Wrocław, Poland.

Our Project Managers are essential to delivering on this promise: they meticulously manage scope, timeline, and budget, while building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering effective teamwork within our development teams.
Many of our projects focus on porting and optimization, but we also work on partial and full development projects. Co-development is a significant part of what we do, while we increase our focus on porting, bringing games to the latest platforms like Nintendo Switch 2.

Skills and experience:

• Bringing strong practical expertise (at least 5 years) in managing projects for external clients within formal frameworks, including detailed scope, budget, and timeline management
• Demonstrating solid practical experience (at least 5 years) in tech product development (software or games)
• Holding proven skills (at least 2 years of experience) in working effectively with senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives and directors
• Having practical experience (at least 2 years) collaborating with remote or hybrid teams
• Communicating confidently and fluently in both English and Polish
• Passion for gaming and hands-on player experience will be a plus.
