About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Lead MS Dynamics 365 BC implementations and rollouts (to go-live).
  • Act as Application Owner for MS Dynamics 365 BC after implementation.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical ERP requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and documentation for implementation partners.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors (RFPs, evaluations, delivery oversight, quality control).
  • Actively participate in solution design, configuration, and validation.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, releases, and system quality assurance.
  • Administer MS Dynamics 365 BC, including configuration, user roles, environments, and documentation.
  • Drive continuous optimization of business processes supported by MS Dynamics 365 BC.
  • Manage post-go-live improvements, enhancements, and system roadmap.
  • Train key users and provide second-line support.
  • Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders and executive management.

Employer requirements

  • Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365/BC ERP implementations (minimum one full implementation cycle).
  • Hands-on experience in administration and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 BC.
  • Experience acting as ERP Project Manager, Application Owner, or System Owner.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / ERP project management.
  • Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Proven collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into optimal ERP solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and native Polish are a must have!

Optional

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Experience with multi-country or multi-entity ERP rollouts.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting, or BI tools.
  • Background in finance, supply chain, or operations domains.
