Environmental Specialist

3–5 years’ experience in an environmental specialist role, ideally within manufacturing or food production., Strong knowledge of environmental management systems, regulations, permits, and compliance; ISO 14001 experience is a plus., Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences (or equivalent)., Fluent in English;, Audit experience is an advantage., Proven ability to lead and deliver environmental projects, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and external contractors., Analytical and results‑driven, able to identify inefficiencies and implement practical, cost‑effective improvements., Confident problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset., Strong communicator and collaborator, working effectively across functions and stakeholders., Able to influence and engage teams and leadership on environmental initiatives.
