Engineering Team Leader (.NET / C#)

Its solutions are used by Fortune 500 companies worldwide.You will join the organization as an Engineering Team Leader (.NET/C#) and have a real impact on product development and the growth of R&D teams during a period of intensive company expansion.📍 Location: Kraków / Poznań - 2 days per week in the office🏡 Work model: remote start, after a few months hybrid work model (office in one of the above locations)Scope of responsibilitiesBuilding, leading, and mentoring a development team (3+ engineers)Full ownership of assigned projects and products (in cooperation with the Product Manager)Designing and implementing new functionalitiesDeveloping and maintaining systems based on: .NET/C#, REST APIs, WebSockets, Docker, SQL/NoSQL (SQLite, PostgreSQL), VMware/Hyper-VEnsuring code quality and software development standardsConducting code reviewsClose cooperation with QA, Product Team, DevOps/Infrastructure, Customer Success, and SupportSolving complex technical problemsCreating unit, integration, and E2E testsCo-creating and maintaining technical documentationRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role (team of at least 3 people)Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with .NET / C#Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, DRY principles, and design patternsExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databasesKnowledge of Windows and Linux environmentsPractical experience with Git, Jira, DockerCommunicative knowledge of Polish and EnglishNice to haveKubernetes, VMware, Hyper-V, S3, MS365, SignalR, TeamCityExperience with Android / iOS / macOSLow-level programming experienceWhat we offerFor B2B: 26 days off from service provision + 10 days of paid sick leaveFull equipment and hardware providedTraining budgetFree English lessons during working hoursMultisport card (e.g. Light package for 1 PLN)Private medical care (Luxmed package from 1 PLN)TQLO Sp. z o.o. – Recruitment Agency (KRAZ no. 33580)
