With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Software Development team of Software Engineers.
• Develop strategic plans and technical oversight on infrastructure.
• Demonstrate leadership and team development skills.
• Lead project execution.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
• Experience in networking.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in working with large-scale distributed systems and related network infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies on platforms like Google Cloud Platform etc.
• Experience running high growth production workloads or production services at scale.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and influence partners.
• Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
