About the role

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions that create measurable value—especially under time constraints. You’ll be responsible for technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.You’ll work in close partnership with Product Managers to shape and refine requirements, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable technical solutions. This collaboration is key to aligning priorities, managing scope, and delivering features that truly matter to our customers and partners.You’ll also need the ability to operate in a customer-facing environment building trust, understanding partner needs, and translating feedback into meaningful product and engineering outcomes.This role demands startup-like agility: the ability to pivot quickly, make pragmatic decisions, and deliver value in an environment where speed and adaptability are key to success.You’ll also play a key role in building relationships with our retail partners, which may include occasional travel and flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
