Your essential tasks and responsibilities:

As a Electrical Engineer – Forklift Design and Development, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s product development efforts. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the design, development, and technical research of electric forklifts and intelligent safety systems.
• Conducting in-depth studies on drive systems, hydraulic systems, control systems to meet high standards in safety, efficiency, and environmental performance
• Participating in the full product development lifecycle, including concept design, prototype development, testing and validation, and production readiness
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, testing, quality control, procurement, and marketing to ensure manufacturability and sustainability of design solutions
• Conducting market research and analysis to improve the technical performance and market competitiveness of products
• Providing technical support and training to team members to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team

Your profile:

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, software engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of design and R&D experience in electric forklifts , with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in related fields such as forklift electric drive, electrical control system, hydraulic control, battery technology, etc.
• Proficient in the design and development process of electric forklifts, intelligent safety auxiliary components, and active safety systems.
• Familiar with forklift's battery system, hydraulic system, power system and other related core technologies
• Excellent design and engineering software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, C/C++, MATLAB / Simulink)
• Experience in product testing, validation, and optimization based on real-world applications
• Fluent in English, capable of professional technical document writing, technical training and technical communication
• Strong team orientation, communication skills, and a high level of personal responsibility
• Innovative mindset and the ability to solve technical challenges in a solution-oriented manner
