Anforderungen
Degree or equivalent level of qualification, preferably in business-related or IT-related discipline, with specialisation in business analysis or system analysis., Agile Business Analysis certificate (preferred)., Advanced level of English., Knowledge of the Financial sector and/or IT industry and its ways of working, ideally within financial service., Min. 3 years working experience as a Business/Systems Analyst, preferably in Financial sector., Experience in leading the analysis of large-scale, complex Business change in a dynamic and changing environment., Experience in organising and facilitating workshops involving stakeholders from various functions / markets.
