Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Documentum Platform ArchitectB2B Contract (130 - 150 net/h)Hybrid from Warsaw, Gdansk office (3x from the office, 2x wfh)Responsibilities:Document and maintain the architecture of the enterprise Documentum platform and its componentsSupport the design and evolution of the Documentum solution within the enterprise environmentPlan, coordinate, and support platform upgrades, patches, and modernization initiativesTroubleshoot complex platform-level issues and provide expert-level technical supportIdentify risks, vulnerabilities, and performance issues within the platform and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure platform stability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise architecture standardsSupport the ongoing development and improvement of the platform and related servicesCollaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and architects to ensure proper integration with other enterprise systemsProvide architectural guidance and best practices related to the Documentum ecosystem Requirements:6+ years of hands-on experience working with the Documentum platform in enterprise environmentsProven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale Documentum solutionsStrong understanding of Documentum architecture, components, and platform servicesExperience with platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance in complex enterprise environmentsExperience identifying and mitigating platform risks, vulnerabilities, and performance issuesAbility to document technical architecture and solutions in a clear and structured wayStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishNice to have:Around 3 years of experience working in an Architect or Technical Lead roleExperience working in large enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., banking or financial services)Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) platforms and integrations with enterprise systems Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
