Digital Portfolio & Asset Lead

Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience (+ 6 years) in digital product management, asset portfolio management, or similar roles, ideally with a focus on AI/ML-driven solutions.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, Agentic AI, and their applications in business operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Certified AI Product Manager (Microsoft) or equivalent certification.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
Experience with domain-specific (F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Contact Canter) software asset development.
Demonstrated success in shaping commercial value propositions and supporting GTM initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving rapid execution.
Awareness of AI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AgentFramework) and experience using AI tools for ideation and trend analysis.
