Digital Marketing Associate (m/f/d)

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google) and delivering measurable impact, • Technical Skills: Experience with website optimisation, analytics, and reporting tools; confident using performance dashboards and data-driven insights to inform decision-making; and practical experience managing and leveraging CRM systems, including HubSpot., • Marketing Skills: Understanding of performance marketing, optimisation, and lead generation principles; experience with ABM or targeted B2B marketing is desirable; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, • Soft Skills: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on, expert-led approach; comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor without line management responsibility; confident influencing stakeholders through expertise and insight, • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level)
