Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to build and run our digital marketing engine end to end. This role blends strategy with day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, content, website optimisation, SEO, webinars and paid campaigns. You’ll start as the main owner of the function, supported by freelancers/agencies when needed, and help shape how marketing scales as the business grows.

• Create a clear digital marketing plan aligned with commercial goals
• Establish a consistent LinkedIn content and engagement cadence
• Improve website messaging and key conversion journeys
• Identify quick wins across SEO, content and campaigns
• Set up performance tracking for engagement, leads and pipeline influence
