Digital Expert in connected shopfloor (relocation)

• The Connected Worker & Real-Time Perfomance Monitoring Expert will be responsible for enhancing the academy’s capabilities in real-time operational efficiency tracking and connected worker technologies. This role will focus on enabling maturity and results in these areas, driving innovation, providing training and mentorship, and offering implementation and troubleshooting support across the network.
• Responsibilities:
• Enabler:
• Facilitate growth and maturity in real-time performance monitoring and connected worker concept.
• Promote and guide the adoption of connected worker use cases and best practices.
• Innovator:
• Identify new opportunities for leveraging real-time performance monitoring and connected worker solutions.
• Propose and pilot innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Tester:
• Design and execute test plans for real-time performance monitoring and connected worker solutions.
• Conduct through testing of connected worker and process reliability tracking systems.
• Trainer:
• Develop and deliver training programs on real-time performance monitoring and connected worker technologies.
• Create educational materials, including tutorials and workshops.

Nasze wymagania

• Candidate profile:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience/ Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in connected worker technologies and real-time performance monitoring systems. Experience in designing and executing test plans for connected worker devices and process reliability tracking systems. Hands-on experience in the deployment and implementation of connected worker and real-time performance monitoring solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connected worker technologies and real-time performance monitoring systems.
• Innovation and Improvement:
• Proven track record of identifying new opportunities for leveraging connected worker and real-time performance monitoring solutions. Experience in proposing and piloting innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Training and Mentorship:
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs on connected worker technologies and real-time performance monitoring systems. Ability to create educational materials, including tutorials and workshops. Experience in providing one-on-one coaching and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Implementation Support:
• Experience in assisting with the implementation of connected worker and real-time performance monitoring solutions. Ability to provide hands-on support for the deployment of connected worker technologies.
• Key Competencies:
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical communities.
• Ability to facilitate growth and maturity in connected worker and real-time performance monitoring practices.
• Proficiency in promoting the adoption of connected worker technologies and best practices.
