DevOps Specialist

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to join a hybrid development team. The role focuses on building, deploying, and managing applications on cloud platforms using Google Cloud services and modern DevOps practices.Project information:Type of project: IT servicesOffice location: Kraków and Warszawa,Work mode: Hybrid with presence required in the client’s office 8 days per monthBudget: 110-130 PLN net /h- b2bProject length: Long-termOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)Project scope:Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Work with GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, and Infrastructure as Code toolingImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, platform operations, and cloud security solutionsEnsure compliance with cloud security standards and operational risk regulationsDesign preventive security solutions to improve cloud security postureIntegrate and manage cloud services including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, and containersAutomate compliance checks and enforce security practices where possibleCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearlyUpdate operational documentation for platform services as neededRequirements:At least 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud EngineeringHands-on experience in building and managing services on Google Cloud PlatformExpertise in at least one key GCP service: GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, or Cloud RunStrong understanding of Cloud Security and Google Cloud best practicesPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector)Experience with CI/CD tools and methods (Cloud Build, Flux CD, Helm)Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or BashFamiliarity with ensuring compliance with cloud security standards and operational risk requirementsStrong communication skills in EnglishWe offer:Opportunity to work on modern cloud-based DevOps projectsProfessional development in cloud engineering, security, and platform operationsHybrid working modelFull-time job agreement basedPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs)Multisport card (also for an accompanying person)Life insurance
