🌍Work mode – remote from Poland or hybrid work from Vilnius, Lithuania.⏳Contract length – B2B – 6 months with possibility of extensions.💰Rate: around 40 EUR/h B2B. ⏰Start – ASAP📕Language – English.⚙️Industry – banking.💼Recruitment process – 1 interview with the client.🔍Workload: Full time.SummaryThe role focuses on enhancing application observability through strong DevOps and platform engineering skills, contributing to improving digital financial solutions.Main Responsibilities:Participate in the Application Observability Team, managing services within the Service Reliability and Observability (SRO) department.Define and refine monitoring and alerting rules for organizational use.Collaborate with teams to enhance performance and fulfill user stories.Work on Grafana’s migration from on-premises to AWS, planning and implementing requirements.Improve deployment processes using Git workflows and ArgoCD.Propose and validate performance and user experience improvements.Address issues and manage postmortems with preventive measures.Analyze performance, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).Key Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or in the SRE domain.Strong ownership in defining strategies and implementing changes.Hands-on experience with server-side technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).Expertise in observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).Upper-intermediate English skills.Nice to Have:Experience in an infrastructure engineer role.Familiarity with cloud migration and management.Experience with continuous deployment tools.Other Details:Location: On-Site (Vilnius) or Remote (within EU).
