A certified B Corporation®, Netguru is trusted by major brands including IKEA, VW, OLX, Delivery Hero, Żabka, Wolt, Careem, and Vinted.The Delivery Ops Manager owns a unified Operations Engine across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Growth/Marketing.The role centralizes ownership of PMO, tooling (Salesforce/HubSpot), scheduling, bench management, governance, and process design to eliminate operational fragmentation and improve predictability, margin control, and cross-functional alignmentSalary:PLN 18.000-24.800 (B2B+ Managerial Contract) + 20 paid days off; orPLN 15,000-20.600 gross (Employment Contract).Key responsibilities:Build and run the PMO (audits, delivery standards, risk reviews, EVM discipline).Own scheduling and bench management with daily visibility and capacity planning.Drive forecast accuracy, margin governance, and revenue leakage reduction.Design, roll out, and enforce SOPs across all departments.Coordinate cross-functional operations (legal, finance, talent, marketing).Own operational reporting and dashboards.Govern tooling, integrations, and workflow automation.Line-manage bench/scheduling and PMO roles.Requirements5+ years in Delivery Operations, Operations, or PMO.Strong ITIL-based operational experience.Proven cross-functional coordination (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Talent).Solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and gross margin management.Hands-on experience in process design and operational governance.Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tooling.Nice to HaveSalesforce or HubSpot certification.PMP / PMO / Lean Six Sigma.SQL or BI literacy.BenefitsAccess to the WorkSmile platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences:Multisport card,Private health insurance package,Life insurance,And hundreds of other options to choose from 15 categories (shopping, leisure, travel, food, etc.).Support for your growth – a head/manager’s budget available to every employee.Discounts on Apple products.Various internal initiatives: webinars, knowledge sharing sessions, .
