Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects within a services environment, Strong understanding of delivery economics, including margin management, forecasting, and capacity planning, Practical experience working in Agile environments and the ability to operate in hybrid or structured delivery models when required, At least one certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, AgilePM, or SAFe, Previous work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, Confidence in client-facing conversations, including communication with senior stakeholders, Experience supporting pre-sales and delivery shaping activities, Fluency in English and Polish, Experience with DXP and/or e-commerce platforms such as Adobe, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Sitecore, Optimizely, Liferay, or similar
