Key responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives or assist in organizing and driving change from inception to closure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Plan, mobilize, and deliver multiple work streams of large-scale initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
- Ensure adoption and deployment of change frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to maintain alignment with the wider change portfolio and organizational strategy, values, and behaviours.
