Anforderungen

Extensive programme or project management experience in complex, multi-country initiatives in banking environment. Proven experience in Agile project delivery is essential., Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) processes, Portfolio Management, tools (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity), reporting standards, and financial management, including budget tracking and benefits realization., Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, and effectively run meetings and presentations in English., Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives., Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a big-picture approach to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage workloads proactively and independently., Agile and Change Management Expertise: Experience in managing programmes and projects in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of change management principles., Extensive experience in PMO roles, focusing on delivery assurance, RAID management, thematic risk reviews, and resource planning., Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Agile (SAFe Agilist) or project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, MoP) are an advantage.
