Data Reconciliation ArchitectWork mode: 100% RemoteStart: ASAPEngagement: Long-termEnglish level required: B2 - C2Role overviewWe are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong focus on data validation, quality, and analytical accuracy, who enjoys working close to the data and understands how reliable datasets support critical business decisions.Key responsibilitiesWork hands-on with structured datasets to analyse, validate, and interpret dataDesign and execute data testing and validation activities to ensure high data qualityIdentify data issues, inconsistencies, and root causes, and propose practical solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and translate them into analytical outputsSupport data processing workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of data reliabilityTechnical requirements (must have)Experience working with data, preferably within insurance, financial services, or similar regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of SQL for querying and validating datasetsPractical experience with data processing tools, such as Python, ETL pipelines, or comparable technologiesWell-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of data testing principlesNice to haveFamiliarity with Data Quality and Data Governance conceptsExperience working in data-driven organisations with complex data landscapes
