Data Platform Transformation Manager

Coordinate the deployment of the Data Platform in international markets, ensuring seamless integration with local business needs.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leaders, local teams, and external vendors.
Oversee project progress, manage risks, and uphold governance standards for data management and security.
Monitor operational continuity and drive successful delivery within a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

At least 4 years of experience leading large-scale Data Platform implementations, preferably with Databricks.
Strong understanding of data platform architecture, governance, and risk management.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience working in an international setting.
Fluency in English.

Experience working with teams or projects in Spain, Italy, or Romania.
Knowledge of additional data tools or cloud platforms.
Previous exposure to global technology ecosystems and cross-border collaboration.
