Data Migration Specialist – Informatica IDMC (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join a growing project focused on migrating core business data into SAP S/4HANA. This is a hands-on, technical role with strong exposure to data integration and SAP environments.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and high-quality data migration using Informatica IDMC, working closely with a small, focused team.Your tasksExecute and monitor data migration processes using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Data Integration)Manage and validate migrated data within SAP S/4HANAPerform technical data validation and reconciliation between source and target systemsIdentify, analyze, and resolve data issues during migration cyclesTake over and maintain existing data migration pipelines (with possible minor enhancements)Support migration of master data objects such as Materials, Customers, Vendors, and Info RecordsCollaborate with stakeholders and support coordination activities when neededRequirementsAt least 5 years of IT experienceStrong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Data Integration)Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANAExperience in SAP-related data migration projects (especially master data)Solid understanding of SAP data structures and data flows (Material Master, Customer, Vendor, Info Records)Experience with data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshootingAbility to work independently in a small team environmentVery good English communication skillsResiding in Poland requiredNice-to-have requirementsKnowledge of SAP ECCExperience with SAP LSMWFamiliarity with Microsoft Power BIPrevious work with SAP S/4 Migration Cockpit
