What you will do

Join the Global Integration Hub Team built on DevOps principles such as continuous delivery, automation, and true ownership: you design it, you build it, you run it.

We operate fully in the Azure Cloud with modern architecture leveraging Kubernetes (AKS), serverless components, and real-time and batch-driven integration patterns.

You will design and operate integration solutions that connect applications, services, and data streams across our ecosystem. You will work on workflow-driven integration development, designing and orchestrating workflows following DAG-based patterns using modern workflow engines such as Argo Workflows.

How you will get the job done

  • building and operating robust integration solutions using Azure services, Kubernetes, event streaming platforms, and messaging technologies
  • designing, building, and maintaining workflow-orchestrated integrations using DAG-based orchestration frameworks (e.g., Argo Workflows), ensuring scalable, observable, reliable data and process-flows
  • collaborating closely with application developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • explaining technical concepts in a clear and structured way to non-technical business partners
  • consulting and advising the business on integration patterns, workflow orchestration, best practices, and architecture options
  • working hands-on in a modern DevOps setup — infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments, and continuous improvement
  • contributing actively as a team player in an international agile Scrum environment

What we offer

Let's be healthy – medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.

Let's be balanced – work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace. We offer our employees flexible working hours, a confidential employee assistant program, as well as the possibility of remote working. However, staying at home with our in-office gaming room and dog-friendly office in Warsaw won’t be easy.

Let's be smart – we organize numerous workshops and training courses. Thanks to hackathons and meetups, our specialists share their expertise with others. Additionally, we have a wide range of digital learning platforms and language courses.

Let's be responsible – each year, we participate in several CSR activities, during which, together with our colleagues, we do our best to create a better future.

Let's be fun – company-wide bike races and soccer matches, film marathons in our cinema room or other engaging team-building activities – we got it covered!

Let's be diverse – every team member is valued, regardless of gender, nationality, religious beliefs, disability, age, and sexual orientation or identity. Your qualifications, experience, and mindset are our greatest benefit!

Requirements

  • experience with integration and messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Event Hub, or similar
  • good knowledge of Python for scripting, workflow development, and automation
  • familiarity with DevOps practices and toolchains (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, GitOps, etc.)
