Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Data/Functional Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. Proficiency in communicating with both business and technical teams is essential for this role, as well as a solid background in process modeling and functional specifications. This role requires a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.Main Responsibilities:The Data/Functional Analyst will be responsible for the following core duties:Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.Facilitating communication between business units and technical teams.Modeling processes and creating functional specifications.Utilizing prioritization techniques for backlog refinement.Creating planners and demand registers.Conducting data analysis and generating reporting insights.Writing technical specifications with high redactional skills.Understanding and analyzing processes in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement.Key Requirements:The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:8+ years of experience in data or functional analysis.Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.Strong communication skills for liaising between teams.Experience with process modeling and functional specifications.Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog management.Understanding of data analysis and reporting standards.Strong writing skills for creating specifications.Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and procurement domains.Nice to Have:Additional complementary skills that would be beneficial include:Experience with AI technologies and tools.Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.Knowledge of project management principles.Other Details:This position may be remote, with flexible working conditions.
