We were built to deliver results that matter.About the TeamTechTorch teams are at the forefront of delivering enterprise technology and data transformation initiatives that unlock growth and operational performance for private equity-backed companies.We combine deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and AI with a business-first mindset — designing and delivering scalable, production-grade solutions that align with client priorities and timelines.Our teams operate globally, collaborating across AI, data, enterprise systems, and digital transformation practices to deliver measurable outcomes.About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Engineer (Snowflake + Power BI) who blends strong data engineering foundations with business intelligence and analytics expertise.In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and architecture in Snowflake while also owning the downstream analytics layer — developing dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that directly power executive decision-making.You will operate end-to-end across the data stack — from ingestion and transformation to modeling and visualization — ensuring data is reliable, performant, and business-ready.What You’ll DoData Engineering & ArchitectureDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and near-real-time use casesBuild and optimize Snowflake architecture, including schema design, data modeling, performance tuning, and warehouse optimizationIntegrate data from APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems into a unified data warehouseImplement and manage ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration frameworksEnsure data quality, reliability, governance, and proper documentation across the data lifecycleBusiness Intelligence & AnalyticsDevelop executive-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BITranslate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics-ready datasetsAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and operational insightsOptimize dashboard performance, usability, and governance standardsTrain business users and promote adoption of BI solutions across the organizationCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with analysts, AI engineers, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to align data architecture with strategic objectivesSupport AI and advanced analytics initiatives by providing clean, curated, and well-structured datasetsContribute to best practices in data engineering, analytics standards, and platform governanceWho You AreWe’re looking for high-caliber professionals who meet the following criteria:4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or analytics engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake (schema design, performance tuning, warehousing concepts)Advanced SQL proficiency and solid Python skills for data transformation and pipeline developmentExperience with dbt, Airflow, or similar ETL/ELT orchestration toolsStrong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard and visualization developmentSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytics architectureExperience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsExcellent communication skills and comfort working in consulting-style environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Our ValuesClient First — We focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes that create value for our clients.We, Not Me — We win together.
