We work on projects involving large-scale data processing, data lakes, and real-time streaming, helping clients transform raw data into actionable insights.REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in data engineeringHands-on experience with cloud computing services in data and analytics (AWS and/or Azure)Experience with data modeling, reporting tools, data governance, and data warehousingProficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale, distributed data processingAdvanced SQL skills and knowledge of big data databases (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)Strong knowledge of Databricks for big data analysis, transformations, and orchestrationUnderstanding of streaming approaches (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming)Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps processesUpper-Intermediate+ English RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify technical requirements and expectationsImplement architectures using Azure or AWS cloud platformsDesign, develop, optimize, and maintain squad-specific data architectures and pipelinesDiscover, analyze, and organize disparate data sources into clean, understandable data modelsEvaluate new tools for analytical data engineering or data scienceSuggest and contribute to training and improvement plans for analytical data engineering skills, standards, and processes PERSONAL PROFILEPassion for data processing and continuous learningStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingAbility to mentor and guide team membersEffective communication and collaboration skills
