With a focus on data-driven decisions, measurable outcomes, and a strategic mindset, we’re raising the bar in our industry—backed by a strong, collaborative work culture that fuels our success.Contract Type: B2BLocation: Remote or in our Warsaw officeYour tasks and responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ELT/ETL processes and scripts for data integration and transformationCreate and maintain data mappings with business logic to support data processing and reportingWork with data warehouse structures and support data integration into analytical environmentsAnalyze and optimize existing data processing workflows and pipelinesCollaborate with the development and business teams to understand and implement business logic in data processesCreate and maintain technical documentation and user instructionsTroubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical supportSupport data preparation and transformation for reporting and analyticsRequirements:Good knowledge of Python (experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus)Strong proficiency in SQLExperience in building and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelinesExperience with data mapping and data transformation logicFamiliarity with MS SQL and PostgreSQLExperience working with data warehouse concepts and structuresKnowledge of migration scripts or data transformation scripts (nice to have)Strong analytical and business understanding of dataHigh level of ownership and problem-solving mindsetEnglish at B2 level or higher to collaborate in an international teamWhy join us?
