Data, Analytics and Reporting Expert

About the roleWe are looking for Data, Analytics and Reporting Expert to join our team and support multiple projects within a dynamic workstream. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work 3 days a week from our offices located in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź.Key responsibilities:Respond promptly and accurately to ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and senior stakeholders.Maintain and optimize automated data processes, primarily using Excel and Power Query.Ensure data quality and govern data accessibility in the workstream.Support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering high-quality progress reports and coordinating reporting cycles.Prepare tailored reports and presentations for executive audiences.Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholder meetings and projects.Must-have qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas and data modeling.Experienced with Power Query to build and manage automated data processes.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize ad-hoc requests, and meet deadlines.Experience coordinating multiple reporting streams and stakeholder management.Nice-to-have:Experience in banking or large corporate environments.Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.What we offer:The opportunity to work directly with leadership and senior stakeholders, making a visible impact.Engagement in a stable and reputable financial institution.A role with real responsibility for data quality and reporting accuracy across a complex workstream.Hybrid work model with obligatory presence 3 days per week in office.Hourly rate: 60-85 PLN/h, B2B contract.Work locations: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź.Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
