Your responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify key trends in Food & Drink, sustainability, and consumer behaviour.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Create visualisations and dashboards to present complex data in an accessible way.
- Support editorial teams with insights on past and emerging market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and market signals based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with global data teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of analysis across different datasets.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights supporting strategic decisions.
- Document analytical processes and datasets, ensuring reusable code and structured workflows.
- Track work and tasks using Jira and deliver projects in line with defined timelines.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across global teams.
Our requirements
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role, working with large datasets using SQL and Python to extract insights and identify meaningful trends.
- Practical experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or similar platforms.
- Ability to transform complex datasets into clear insights and compelling data stories, supported by visualisations created in tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems and focus on the most relevant signals in the data.
- Experience using version control tools such as Git / GitHub in analytical or data projects.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor to support data analysis workflows.
- Experience or strong interest in the Food & Drink industry and understanding of consumer or market trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, with the ability to translate analytical work into actionable recommendations.
Optional
- Experience with statistical modelling or forecasting (e.g., regression, A/B testing)
- Experience working with sustainability or beverage-related datasets
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tools
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
- Knowledge of data quality monitoring or testing practices
