Data Analyst (Power BI) (m/f/d)

Design, develop and implement reports using Power BI
Understand and contribute to data architecture in Fabric
Act as business partner for Finance, Staffing and HR departments
High independence and responsibility for delivered solutions
Ensure solution and data quality: plan and coordinate testing, verify data accuracy and manage issue resolution
Ensure structured working and appropriate documentation

Proven experience leading and delivering business information projects, from concept to implementation
Exceptional process and data analysis skills – highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented
Expertise in Power BI (DAX and Power Query) and advanced Excel
Knowledge of Fabric is a plus
Familiarity with leading ERP systems – experience with SAP Business ByDesign helpful
Familiarity with Finance and HR reporting
Academic background in computer science, information systems, or a related field is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
