About the project
Your responsibilities
- Analyse large financial datasets from trading systems and market sources to support risk, compliance, and performance teams
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Write complex SQL queries across Oracle and cloud databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Athena)
- Collaborate with traders, risk officers, and compliance to deliver insights into trade behaviour, exposure, and anomalies
- Work within Agile teams to continuously iterate on reporting and data model enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms
Our requirements
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle, GCP BigQuery, AWS Athena or Redshift)
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
- Understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, FX, et cetera)
- Experience with cloud data environments (GCP, AWS)
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scum or Kanban)
Optional
- Familiarity with market data sources (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
- Experience in risk reporting or regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR)
- Basic scripting experience (Python or R)
