The project aims to ensure high-quality, well-documented financial data, supporting regulatory compliance, controls, analysis and reporting across systems. Responsibilities you'll haveHandling and harmonizing large financial data sets across multiple systemsDesigning and documenting data structures and ETL flows within and across applicationsContributing to end-to-end functional design of reporting and control solutionsDocumenting metadata (data lineage, assumptions, regulatory purpose, reporting framework)Supporting analysis, reporting and sign-off processes for regulatory and financial dataLeading discussions with business and technical stakeholders to define and clarify requirementsUtilizing AI solutions to improve efficiency and propose new data-related use casesWorking with tasks and documentation in JIRA Expected competences and knowledge5–10 years of relevant professional experience in financial or regulatory data projectsProven experience with large data sets and advanced SQLHands-on experience with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQLGood knowledge of accounting principles and balance sheet structures, including financial instrumentsExperience in data documentation, data governance or regulatory data obligationsStrong communication skills and ability to drive stakeholder discussionsFluency in English (spoken and written) Technologies you'll work withSQLSnowflake / Oracle / MS SQLETL tools and data pipelinesJIRABI / reporting toolsAI-driven data solutions Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
