We are a team of Data Analysts based at the PAYBACK office in Munich, passionate about working with exciting data, innovative models, and cutting-edge technologies. Together with our teams in Warsaw, we support PAYBACK partners and business units.

Your tasks

YOUR TASKS

As an experienced Data Analyst, you will...

• Analyze complex datasets to provide our partners with optimal support on both operational and strategic matters
• Be involved in the operational campaign process-from planning and targeting to cross-channel performance analysis
• Take responsibility for the analytical support and continuous development of our partners, business units, and channels
• Create insightful reports for partners and business units using one of our self-service tools
• Work in an agile team, conducting ad-hoc analyses and developing optimization proposals for campaigns, identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Partner Management, and Sales Operations to respond to partner inquiries

YOUR PROFILE

• You ideally have several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• You own solid working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Google BigQuery
• You have hands-on experience in data processing and analysis using the Google Cloud Platform
• You possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of data structures, and campaign expertise
• You are highly organized and remain calm under pressure
• You are proactive, innovative, creative, and a true team player
• You demonstrate strong self-motivation, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
• You have very good German and English language skills
