D365 Finance & Operations Solution ArchitectLocation: Poland Contract Type: B2BRate: 185–195 PLN/h + VATProject: Long-term international cooperationAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join an international consulting team delivering end-to-end enterprise transformation projects. The role combines solution architecture, client engagement, and leadership of functional and technical teams working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.You will be responsible for shaping solutions during pre-sales and discovery phases, designing system architecture aligned with business requirements, and leading implementation across multiple project stages. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-sales activities, including product presentations, solution concepts, and stakeholder engagementDesign and deliver end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsGather and document business requirements using AIM, OUM, or similar methodologiesFacilitate client design workshops and architecture discussions from discovery to implementationLead and collaborate with teams of functional and technical consultants across multiple projectsMap business requirements to D365 F&O modules, such as:General LedgerAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableFixed AssetsCash ManagementLogistics and Manufacturing modulesConduct solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, testing sessions, and training workshopsSupport business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT testing phasesPrepare test cases, scripts, and documentation for implementation and validationProvide technical and functional leadership while expanding and mentoring the teamRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or earlier versions)Experience acting as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in enterprise implementationsParticipation in at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementationsExperience leading teams of technical and functional consultantsStrong experience in client-facing delivery rolesStrong functional knowledge in Finance modules or related areasDegree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent educationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent EnglishNice to HaveKnowledge of German or FrenchExperience with X++ developmentProfessional certifications or qualifications such as MBA, CA, CMA, or CFAWhat We OfferPrivate medical care (Medicover)Sports card (Multisport or equivalent)Life insuranceFlexible benefits platformTraining and certification opportunitiesOpportunity to work on large-scale international transformation projectsCollaborative international team environmentLong-term, stable cooperationIf you are an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expert who enjoys combining solution architecture, client engagement, and leadership, we would be happy to connect with you.
