CX Specialist with Dutch – Non Prime orders

Good level Dutch & English., Ability to independently solve standard problems and work efficiently in a specific environment of non-prime business., More complex situations are handled in consultation with colleagues or supervisors., Proactively addressing credit limit exceedances, inventory management, and exception management., Taking responsibility for the customer portfolio and acting as a backup for the other non-prime order responsible during absences., Ability to handle changing market conditions and deviations from standard procedures (e.g., stock push, under deliveries)., Openness for hybrid work ( 50% of time from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza).
