About the project
Your responsibilities
- Participating and conducting meetings and workshops with partners and clients as Technical Support Expert.
- IoT Solution Demonstration: Present Samsung's IoT solutions for building, including smart HVAC systems, energy management platforms, to customers and stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recommendations for implementing Samsung's IoT technologies in their buildings.
- Training and Education: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of Samsung's IoT products.
- Innovation Advocacy: Stay updated on the latest advancements in IoT technology and advocate for the adoption of Samsung's solutions in the building industry.
Our requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
- Ability to prepare, read, interpret, present and explain technical standards and products
- Knowledge about building’s open protocols and communication basic concept.
- Excellent fluency in English (both verbal and written) - conducting presentations in English in front of a multinational audience and preparing official technical documentation
- Ability to prepare and conduct technical trainings, presentations, workshops in front of large group of people
Optional
- IoT (Internet of Things), mobile, communication knowledge
- Energy Savings Algorithms knowledge (HVAC, VRF)
- Knowledge of AC solutions
- Documented experience in Building Automation and Building Management Systems
