Your responsibilities Working with product data to correctly interpret analyses and prepare complete documentation Analyzing information related to process flow and clarifying discrepancies or uncertainties Collecting data from different departments and organizing it in a way that supports decision‑making. Preparing clear reports, summaries, and internal/external documentation for stakeholders and customers. Coordinating the flow of information between departments (production, logistics, planning). Participating in operational meetings and improvement initiatives. Handling day‑to‑day communication with customers — mainly in English — to clarify ongoing topics and share updates. Ensuring timely follow‑up and consistent monitoring of assigned tasks. Our requirements Experience working with information and data (e.g., administration, logistics, planning, Customer Service or similar areas), ideally gained in an international environment or through cooperation with foreign clients. Basic ability to work with product-related documentation (parameters, specifications, simple diagrams). Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data. Attention to detail, curiosity, and good organizational skills. Clear and effective communication — written and verbal. Confidence in everyday email and phone communication with English‑speaking customers. Nice to have: Excel, ERP systems or other tools used for working with data.
