First meeting with CEO, We’ll get to know each other and explore if we might be a mutual fit for each other. You’ll get to learn more about TransactionLink and the product., 2. Case study deep dive, If we’re both excited to continue, we’ll do a problem-solving interview session. We will show you a typical problem we solve for our customers and will ask you to explain how you would approach it., 3. Decision, We then exchange notes and decide if there is mutual fit. It’s gonna be a tough ride so everyone must be 💯 in!
Anforderungen
- You are a student or recent graduate with ‘tech-adjacent’ background - ex. Information Systems, Business, Communications, IT Management or related fields., - You are available to work full-time., - You can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally., - You possess a natural drive to understand the "how" and "why" behind complex systems. , - While professional coding experience is not required, you are a self-directed learner eager to master our technical stack. You are willing and able to learn JavaScript/Java to implement solutions., - You approach problems logically and are comfortable navigating data-heavy environments., - You are energized by solving partner problems and can manage high-stakes relationships in a fast-paced startup environment., - You are diligent and detail-orientated - you don’t abandon a problem until it’s solved., - Transparent communicator - if you’re stuck, tell us. Otherwise we assume you’re on top of things., - You care - since we are a startup, you might not always get exact instructions. You should have the ability to operate independently and care enough to anticipate what the best solution could be. , You are a graduate of Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another technical degree., Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript is a plus., Experience in a customer-facing role where you had to solve problems on the fly.
