What you will do
- Driving customer success: building strong, long-term relationships and guiding customers through their digital transformation journey
- Leading with impact: orchestrating cross-functional teams, influencing decision makers and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
- Shaping the cloud strategy: designing modernization roadmaps and proposing azure-based solutions that accelerate customer growth.
- Boosting cloud consumption: analyzing usage, identifying opportunities and helping customers unlock the full value of their cloud environment.
- Being the customer advocate: sharing insights with internal teams, removing blockers and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Enabling and empowering: assessing cloud readiness and supporting customers with structured learning plans.

Requirements
Professional:
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, allowing for confident and effortless communication (at least C1 level).
- 3 plus years sales or customer success experience with technical pre and post sales and technical consulting architecture experience.
- Track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT execs in large or highly strategic accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.
- Achievement and success-driven personality.
- Solid time management skills and ability to work independently.
Technical:
- Knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
- AZ-305 certified (or committing to earn AZ-305 within 3 months of joining)
- Broad knowledge of consultative/complex technical sales, deployment projects, architecture, design and implementation
- Domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra as a code technologies)
- Experience using integrated development environments (e.g. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, XCode, WebSphere) targeting Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, public clouds (i.e. Azure, AWS)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications; Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus.
- Preferred: 1+ year(s) experience in one or more of the following: designing architecture, networking, container services, data center migrations or database administration, coding/development, migrations or management of technology.
