Customer Success Advisor (English and Polish)

have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian would be an asset, have online marketing acumen and basic understanding of how web applications work (e.g. APIs, integrations, data flow), are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace, feel comfortable navigating new tools, systems, and technical concepts, are naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand how things work, have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time, have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill, are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude, are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
