As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be more than just an agent; you will be a brand advocate and a product expert. You will be the first point of contact, providing timely, empathetic, and effective support that reinforces the brand's reputation for quality and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a deep subject matter expert on the product ecosystem, from phone cases to complex mounting systems
  • Work within a rotating 8-hour shift pattern to provide coverage Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CET
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in English via email and live chat within the Zendesk platform
  • Efficiently manage and resolve a wide range of inquiries, including order management, return processing, warranty claims, and product information requests
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues with creativity and precision, helping them get the most out of their products

What You'll Bring:

  • Proficiency in English, with outstanding written communication and grammar skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role; experience in e-commerce, technical support, or with a premium consumer brand is a significant advantage
  • A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and complex product details
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to find the best possible solution for every customer
  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude, even when dealing with complex or frustrating situations
