Anforderungen
Previous experience in a Contact Center / Business Center and / or face to face customer service, Fluency in German Language., Excellent telephone manners and being able to connect with the customer to promote and offer solutions quickly, Proficient level of English language, written and verbal, Knowledge of Computer – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn quickly, Able to remain calm and diplomatic at all times, Passionate about learning new things is key!, Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills., Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment., Requires fluency in German & English
