Your Role in a Nutshell

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service in Italian language for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances. You might have heard of some of our brands like Parker, Waterman, Yankee Candle, NUK, or Crockpot.

Your Key Responsibilities:

•Process sales orders received from customers, sales agents and internal teams.

•Submit requests to create new customer accounts and update existing customer records.

•Provide professional advice on our product range.

•Proactively inform customers about current promotions and marketing activities.

•Work closely with the Sales team, Supply Chain and the distribution centre.

•Manage and maintain customer portals.

•Enter and update orders using SAP (full training will be provided!).

•Communicate with customers by email and telephone.

Minimum:

•Fluent Italian (written & spoken) and communicative English

•Customer- and detail-oriented

•Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Excellent communication skills

•Team spirit

Your advantage:

•Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce

•Ability to learn quickly

•Basic commercial awareness
