Customer Service Assistant

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics or a related discipline, Good IT skills, including practical experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English;, Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management or sales support, Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks, Self-motivated, approachable and commercially aware, Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and diverse stakeholders, Experience with SAP is an advantage (not required), German language skills will be an advantage
